Be Happy!

Do you want to be cheerful? Everyone wants to be joyful. Also, they have the right to pursue happiness.

Why was the right to pursue happiness created? Human dignity and value can be maintained by enjoying life. Life can be realized in the course of seeking happiness. Humans are content by their own standards of achievement.

If we remove human pride from the word “human dignity,” the process of seeking happiness makes us human. This preserves our dignity and dignity. That’s what human beings are.

In the 1980s, the Korean Constitution stipulated the right to pursue happiness in addition to human dignity and values. “All people have dignity and value as human beings and the right to pursue happiness.” Therefore, the right to pursue happiness is a precious thing that guarantees human beings a decent life.

What can we do to protect the right to pursue happiness?

We must respect ourselves. Even if everyone appreciates and respects us, we can’t be happy if we don’t value ourselves.

You need to know what true happiness is. Some people think they are happy when they are drinking or smoking, gambling, doing drugs, or buying luxury.

But that’s an illusion.

From those things, we cannot get happiness. All we can get from them is a momentary pleasure. They disguise themselves as happiness and take away our true happiness.

So, what is real happiness?

“Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence,” Aristotle said.

Do you get the hang of it now? Happiness is not a grandiose thing.

We can spend time with our loved ones by talking with them or playing with them. Or we can take a short or long walk with our dogs or friends. We can keep a diary to be happy. Such pure happiness is truly precious because it makes us want to live. We must always strive to keep others happy so as not to lose our happiness.
