Part 2: Where Does the Happiness of Students Come From?

written by 20228 Hwang Uikyu

School is the first place for students to learn about society. It is where we get a lot of studying not only by the national educational curriculum but also in personality-related areas. As much as we learn at school, the stress that learning gives students is considerable. So, where do students find happiness to relieve this stress?

Students may do extraordinary things to get happiness, but most of them will get enjoyment by doing small things in their daily lives. Each student will have a different source of joy. Some students can relieve stress and gain happiness by playing games, while others can get satisfaction by watching the sports teams they support.

Also, students can get happiness by watching the performances of their favorite K-POP idols. The sources of joy are all similar and different. Some students get enjoyment from others, but others get happiness when setting their own goals and achieving them. In this case, they need to be careful to get more stress when they fail to achieve their goal.

What would happen to students if the means to release happiness were inevitably limited?

First of all, the first thing that happens is that students will be more stressed. And if this continues, students may end up giving up their studies, which means dropping out of school. Therefore, it is vital to find a source of happiness to relieve stress in school.

In my opinion

Personally, I tend to relieve stress and gain happiness by watching the games of my favorite sports team or playing games with my close friends. However, if this is a limitation or a game or a team I support loses, I often get stressed out. Therefore, I think it would be best not to risk your life to win but to get happiness through productive activities that do not really have the risk of stress when you do it. It doesn't take much effort to achieve happiness, but we need to consider it once and try to achieve greater happiness.
