A Place by Students for Students Part 1

Anyone School is called Nuguna Hakgyo in Korean. It happens once a year.

In this event, some second-grade students opened their own class during May of this year.

First-grade students and other second-grade students took the two classes that they wanted. There were various classes, and they could take classes related to their interests. But like concert ticketing, there is fierce competition in applying for class.

In Anyone School, each class has their own special theme. They can show these things through the class’s name and short introduction.

This year, there were a lot of classes that had unique names, such as using in-word “MZ traits, like to make words short” or quoting famous lines from dramas, like The Glory.

“Hey, Yeon Jin! UMKE!”

UMKE means you do something, but because of your mom, you can’t keep doing that.

Why Is Anyone School Popular?

This event is meaningful for students in which it not only provides opportunities for career exploration for first-grade students, but also is one of the few official events where students can relieve stress from their busy SAWL life.

Also, although this year’s preparation period was relatively short, the class quality was very good. And in particular, because it was held after COVID-19, we resumed group activity-oriented classes and cooking classes, so students were highly satisfied.
