Biased Judgement on Russian Figure Skating

After Kim Yuna of South Korea retired from figure skating, Russian skaters have been dominating figure skating podiums in competitions―World Figure Skating Championships, European Figure Skating Championships, Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final, etc. However, there are several controversies whether their championships are genuinely theirs.
At the 2014 Sochi Olympics, Adelina Sotnikova won from Russia the gold medal, and Kim Yeona won the silver medal. According to most spectators and experts, Adelina didn’t perform better than Yeona.
There is lots of analytic evidence on the Internet which claims that the gold medal should have been Yuna’s. Many people also say that Adelina won the gold medal because the Olympics was held in Sochi, Russia.
